LAIQON AG (LQAG, Deutsche Börse, Scale, ISIN DE000A12UP29) announces that its Management Board has received a request from shareholder DEWB Effecten GmbH to add an item to the agenda pursuant to Section 122(2) of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) for the Annual General Meeting to be held on August 27, 2026. The subject of the request is a resolution regarding the election of a new member to the company’s Supervisory Board.
This follows the resignation of Mr. Jörg Ohlsen as a member of the Supervisory Board of LAIQON AG, effective as of August 31, 2026, as announced in the Corporate News release dated July 20, 2026.
With its request to amend the agenda, the shareholder DEWB Effecten GmbH proposes the election of Mr. Michael Strafuss, who holds a degree in banking and business administration and resides in Frankfurt am Main, as the successor to Mr. Jörg Ohlsen.
Michael Strafuss has more than 25 years of international leadership experience in investment banking, capital markets, and corporate finance.
The nomination provides for a term of office effective September 1, 2026, until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting that decides on the discharge of the Supervisory Board members for the 2027 fiscal year.

The amendment to the agenda of the Annual General Meeting on August 27, 2026, will also be published immediately in the Federal Gazette.
Mr. Strafuss will introduce himself in person to the shareholders at the LAIQON AG Annual General Meeting on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at the Empire Riverside Hotel, Ballroom, Bernhard-Nocht-Straße 97, 20359 Hamburg.
