LAIQON AG (LQAG, Deutsche Börse, Scale, ISIN DE000A12UP29) announces that Supervisory Board member Mr. Jörg Ohlsen has resigned from the Supervisory Board effective August 31, 2026, for personal reasons. 

The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board regret Mr. Ohlsen’s decision and thank him for his many years of dedication, the trusting collaboration, and his valuable contribution to the development of LAIQON AG.

Since the notice of resignation was received only after the publication on July 17, 2026, of the invitation to the Company’s Annual General Meeting for the 2025 fiscal year in the Federal Gazette, no agenda item could be included for the election of a new member of the Supervisory Board. The company notes that shareholders whose shares meet the requirements of Section 122(2) of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) are entitled to request a corresponding addition to the agenda to enable the election of a new member of the Supervisory Board at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Such a request for an amendment must be received by the Company no later than August 2, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. (CEST).
