Hamburg, July 14, 2026

Group YoY AuM growth of EUR 4.0 billion to EUR 11.0 billion
(H1 2025: EUR 7.0 billion, + 57 %)

Premium wealth management specialist LAIQON AG (LQAG, Deutsche Börse, Scale, ISIN DE000A12UP29) today released its first preliminary key performance indicators (KPIs) for H1 2026. The positive AuM trend compared to the reporting date of June 30, 2025, confirms the operational acceleration of the growth strategy.

As of June 30, 2026, total AuM across all three business segments rose to EUR 11.0 billion (H1 2025: EUR 7.0 billion). This represents an increase of 56.9 %, or EUR 4.0 billion, compared to the same period last year.

The AuM were distributed among the three segments as follows:

  • EUR 8.22 billion for Asset Management (H1 2025: EUR 4.71 billion),
  • EUR 1.50 billion in Wealth Management (H1 2025: EUR 1.65 billion), and
  • EUR 1.30 billion to Digital Wealth (H1 2025: EUR 0.66 billion).

In addition to the acquisition of the MainFirst portfolio totaling EUR 2.10 billion as of August 1, 2025, the Asset Management segment’s organic net AuM growth amounted to approximately EUR 1.41 billion. The loss of a single institutional mandate (a European sovereign wealth fund) in Q4 2025, amounting to approximately EUR 0.62 billion, was fully offset.

In the Wealth Management segment, a strategic realignment of the client structure took place in H1 2026, resulting in associated outflows. With the significant expansion of the advisory team in July 2026, strong net AuM growth is also set to begin in this segment, which is expected to become evident as early as H2 2026.

In the Digital Wealth segment, AuM nearly doubled year-over-year (+97 %). The segment’s biggest growth driver was the wealth tech platform LAIC, which, with an increase of approximately EUR 507 million, already accounted for 79 % of the segment’s growth.

This development underscores the diversification and stability of the LAIQON platform as well as the increasing scalability of the business model.

Group YTD AuM growth organic of EUR 1.0 billion to EUR 11.0 billion
(FY 2025: EUR 10.0 billion, + 10 %)

Compared to the reporting date of December 31, 2025, AuM were distributed across the segments as follows:

  • EUR 8.22 billion in Asset Management (FY 2025: EUR 7.49 billion),
  • EUR 1.50 billion in Wealth Management (FY 2025: 1.66 billion), and
  • EUR 1.30 billion to Digital Wealth (FY 2025: EUR 0.83 billion).

The growth segment Digital Wealth accelerated its net AuM growth in H1 2026 by a factor of approximately 2.7 compared to H2 2025, reaching EUR 465 million (H2 2025: +EUR 174 million) , thereby making a significant contribution to Group growth for the first time. The segment thus accounted for approximately 45 % of the Group’s AuM growth in H1 2026. A further increase in this contribution is expected in H2 2026.

The performance of the individual business areas within the Digital Wealth segment as of June 30, 2026, is discussed separately below.

YTD AuM growth organic for Digital Wealth of EUR 0.5 billion to EUR 1.3 billion
(FY 2025: EUR 0.8 billion, + 56 %)

  • EUR 0.60 billion for LAIC White Label (FY 2025: EUR 0.27 billion),
  • EUR 0.09 billion for LAIC AI Funds (FY 2025: EUR 0.04 billion), and
  • EUR 0.60 billion to growney (FY 2025: EUR 0.52 billion).

This acceleration in growth was evident across all three areas: White-label partnerships achieved net AuM growth of approximately EUR 334 million in H1 2026 (H2 2025: + EUR 117 million), the LAIC AI funds of approximately EUR 50 million (H2 2025: + 4 million EUR), and growney by approximately 80 million EUR (H2 2025: + 53 million EUR).

“We are very satisfied with the development of AuM in H1 2026,” says Dipl.-Ing. Achim Plate, CEO of LAIQON AG. “The momentum in the white-label partner business is particularly encouraging, as it is increasingly contributing to the scaling of our platform. Our growth segment, Digital Wealth, has nearly doubled its AuM within a year, with approximately 56 % added in H1 2026 alone. With the additional growth initiatives planned for H2 2026 across all three business segments, we are currently on track to achieve our announced AuM target of EUR 12 billion in 2026. This is supported by the rigorous implementation of our ongoing restructuring program in H1 2026, with the goal of achieving a cost-to-income ratio of 70 % by 2027.”

Preliminary gross revenue and preliminary consolidated operating earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA), taking into account restructuring expenses in H1 2026, are expected to be published on August 12. The full 2026 half-year report will be published on August 28, 2026.
